Marinated Chicken Drumsticks & Quail Eggs

1. Wash the quail eggs and put them in a pot on high heat to boil for five or six minutes.

2. Wash the drumsticks and blanch them in water, remove the blood foam, and prepare all the auxiliary materials.

3. All the accessories are ready, waiting to be cooked.

4. Put water in the pot to boil and open the chicken legs and all the accessories.

5. Pour in the light soy sauce, add salt, and let it roll over medium to small heat.

6. We will process the quail eggs while cooking the chicken legs. Here is a quick way to peel the eggshell. Put the egg into a container with a lid, put a little water, and then close the lid and shake it vigorously, so that the shell is basically broken. It’s very easy to get up, and it’s not easy to be broken. If there is something bad, you can send it to your own mouth anytime you want to be perfect.

7. After the chicken legs have been boiled for a while, the eggs are peeled off. They are thrown into the pot and boiled together with the legs. Why didn’t you cook the eggs and the legs together because the quail eggs are already small in size and are cooked. Like to cook for a long time, in the end it becomes an iron egg.

8. When the soup is almost harvested, turn off the heat, cool and store, the eggs are wrapped in meaty flavor, um, don't want the delicious ones😄.

9. Cut a plate of fried rice with egg in the morning, a good breakfast 😯.
