Marinated Chicken Feet

Wash ten chicken feet and cut off the toes.

Marinated ingredients: sesame oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Mao De Gong spicy sauce.

Brine ingredients: sliced ginger, dried chili, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, sand ginger, clove, red pepper, fennel.

Tips:
1. As for the brine ingredients, you can mix them as you like. They can be original or spicy. If there are not many ingredients, you can simply use star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves.
2. It is best to soak the marinated chicken feet in the pot for 15 minutes, so that the chicken feet can fully absorb the taste of the brine.
