Marinated Chicken Feet

Frozen chicken feet

Wash the chicken feet and cut off the nails

Prepare the spices

Wash the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of water, boil, and blanch the chicken feet for 2 minutes

Take out the washed blood foam

Wash the pot and bring it to a boil. Pour in an appropriate amount of oil and add an appropriate amount of brown sugar. I don’t have rock sugar or white sugar anymore, so I used brown sugar

Stir-fry on low heat until brown sugar bubbling

Pour some water into the chicken feet

Put in the spices

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, green onion, ginger and chili to boil over high heat and turn to low heat for 10 minutes

Turn off the heat and soak for good taste

Take out the food, drain and serve it on the plate
Tips:
It is best to use rock sugar for frying sugar color. Don't overfry it. It's better to be tender than over it. It will be very bitter after it has been fried.
