Marinated Chicken Feet

Wash the nails of the chicken feet that you bought, and boil water in the pot, pour the water out of the chicken feet for about 5 minutes, and turn off the heat.

Take out the chicken feet and rinse them with clean water, and separate the large ones on both sides. (pictured)

Add the brine into the rice cooker, add the ginger slices, add the white wine to a boil, and pour the chicken feet in.

Add the brine to the rice cooker, add rock sugar, add ginger slices, add white wine and boil, pour the chicken feet in and add the light soy sauce.

Add the brine to the rice cooker, add rock sugar, add ginger slices, old green onions, add white wine and boil, pour the chicken feet in and add the light soy sauce.

Cook for 15 minutes and then turn off the heat, add the oyster sauce and soak it for 20 minutes
