Marinated Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet and wings with warm water

Use a knife to make two cuts on the inside of the wing for better taste

Remove the nails of the chicken feet

Add salt and marinate for half a day to taste

Prepare dried chili, peppercorns, aniseed, scallion tangles, slap the ginger with the back of a knife

Defrost the old brine, pour the spices into the pot

Boil

Put it in the wings and cook for 10 minutes
