Marinated Chicken Liver

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the chicken liver and soak it in water for more than half an hour

A large collection of spices, cut ginger and garlic into strips, and green onions into 2 cm long sections

Add the spices and seasonings to a boil, turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes

Boil the soaked chicken liver in water to remove blood foam
5.
Put the chicken liver in the brine and cook for 15 minutes, remove from the heat, and soak overnight
6.
On the next day, take out the soup and receive half of the chicken liver. After cooling, slice it and put it on a plate.
