Marinated Dried Tofu

A piece of tofu made with soybeans and vinegar at home;

Cut the tofu into square slices about half a centimeter thick;

Put the tofu cubes in a frying pan and fry until golden and fluffy;

Remove the drain oil;

In a separate pot, add tofu cubes, add water to cover the tofu, add star anise, add sugar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fresh vegetable seasonings and salt, boil, turn to low heat and cook for about 30 minutes;

After the juice is collected, stir fry a few times to make the tofu cubes evenly dipped in the juice. After cooling down, add some sesame oil and honey to start eating~
