Marinated Duck Wings
1.
Clean the duck wings and cut them in half.
2.
Boil the water and remove it.
3.
Rinse with clean water.
4.
Soak the duck wings in clean water, put the spice bag and ginger slices in the pot (the brine has been marinated once, keep it in the refrigerator for reuse)
5.
Remove the floating objects after the water boils.
6.
Then add the right amount of soy sauce, rock sugar, and salt (soy sauce can be added to the right amount to add color)
7.
Put the lid on the high heat for 10 minutes and then turn to medium heat for 40 minutes (everyone who likes softer, the bitter is longer, and the taste is shorter)
8.
Finished product. The taste is rich, fragrant and delicious 😋
