Marinated Edamame

Wash the edamame twice, soak in salt water for 20 minutes, then wash, cut off both ends of the edamame

After washing, put water in the pot, put the star anise and the brine to boil

Boil for another 3 minutes, add the edamame, oil, and salt after the brine is boiled

After boiling, add millet pepper and garlic, add a little light soy sauce

Boil on medium heat for 20 minutes. After cooking, use a lid to simmer for 5 minutes and then start the pot. The delicious edamame is done!
