Prepare ingredients

Duck gizzards are all two

Slice the duck gizzards horizontally, not to the end

Cut it vertically and don’t cut it (one duck gizzard will be cut). Cut it in order and set aside.

Put the duck gizzards in the pot, add two teaspoons of cooking wine, blanch the water, remove, rinse and set aside

Pour the washed duck gizzards into the skillet again, add, star anise, pepper, pepper, green onion knot, ginger, pepper, three teaspoons of cooking wine, two teaspoons of soy sauce

Add about 1000 ml of water to a boil on high heat, add 2 teaspoons of salt and cook for about 20 minutes on medium heat
