Marinated Kelp

Soak the dried kelp in cold water for 6 hours, changing the water in between

Prepare various seasonings

Cut the soaked kelp to an appropriate width and roll it with cotton rope

Put light soy sauce and soy sauce in a stew pot, put it according to your taste, then put the seasoning and kelp rolls together. After boiling, cook on low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat, take it out in a hurry, and leave it overnight.
