Marinated Noodles with Tomatoes
1.
Peel the tomatoes. You can heat the tomatoes in hot water, then cut the cross-flowers on the top and remove the skin. Like the one I bought, the tomatoes are softer, so cut the cross-flowers directly. You can peel it, and the tomatoes will taste more and more delicious.
2.
Cut into small pieces and put in a bowl,
3.
Chopped green onions and put them on a small plate,
4.
Beat the eggs into a bowl, then beat them up and set aside,
5.
Put the right amount of cooking oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, put the chopped green onion and saute,
6.
Then pour in the tomatoes and stir fry, fry for a while, and fry the tomatoes out of the soup. It’s better if you don’t see the tomatoes, so that it tastes more delicious.
7.
After the fungus is soaked, cut into shreds and put in the pot,
8.
Then add an appropriate amount of water, boil,
9.
Then slowly pour the eggs into the pot along the side of the pot, don’t stir it, just stir it a few times after it’s formed.
10.
Put the starch in a bowl, add a little water, and mix well,
11.
Slowly pour it into the pot, stir a few more times, the tomato and egg gravy is ready.
12.
Put soy sauce, salt, and cooked oil in a large bowl, pour the boiled marinade in a large bowl, mix well,
13.
After the noodles are cooked, put them in cold water and put them in a bowl.
14.
Top with tomato and egg gravy and serve.
Tips:
The taste of tomatoes will be better after peeling them. Be sure to fry them a little longer when you fry them. Fry the tomatoes into puree for better taste.
