Marinated Quail Egg Pork Belly

1. Boil quail eggs in cold water.

2. It's cooked if you can hold it with chopsticks. It can be taken out of the pot and let cool.

3. Peel off the cold quail eggs and prepare them.

4. Wash and cut pork belly.

5. Blanch pork belly and rinse.

6. Prepare garlic and ginger.

7. Put all the ingredients together.

8. Half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, some salt.

9. Add a tablespoon of this sauteing seasoning.

10. Stir everything well in a casserole and marinate for 3 hours. Turn it every half an hour to evenly color and taste.

11. Add water to submerge the pork belly a little more.

12. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat, cover and boil for 2 hours. Adjust the time as appropriate, according to taste needs.

Tips:
