Marinated Tender Tofu

Prepare all the ingredients, soak the day lily and fungus in cold water, wash the mushrooms and set aside.

Put the lactone tofu into a bowl and steam it on the fire for 10 minutes.

Finely chop daylily, fungus, and shiitake mushrooms.

Put the bottom oil in the pot and saute the scallions and ginger.
5.
Add the cut daylily, fungus, and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.
6.
Prepare water starch, add salt, soy sauce to taste, and stir while adding water starch.
7.
Pour the beaten bittern on top of the steamed tofu.
