Marinated Tofu

Cut the tofu into large pieces, and fry a little on both sides of the electric baking pan without adding oil

Add water to the pressure cooker or other deep pot, put the tofu and all the seasonings in without pressure

Cook on medium and low heat for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat

Then it can be marinated, I put eggs in this pot at the same time

There are also chicken feet, put on the lid for 6 or 7 hours

I usually make it at night and leave it for the whole night. It tastes good in the morning.

Tips:
1. Regarding the amount of salt, I have 10 eggs and 10 chicken feet in this pot. The salt is about 12 grams. Soy sauce is about half a bowl of rice. If you don't want to worry about this, just buy the brine juice directly, and the useful amount is explained in detail on the product packaging.
2. Even if the tofu has been marinated in heavy salt, it should not be left for a long time. It is best to eat it within two or three days.
