Marinated Trotters

Shave and wash the trotters, soak them in clean water for one hour to remove the peculiar smell of blood.

Blanch the trotters in water and wash them for later use.

Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic, aniseed.
4.
Put the processed trotters in a pressure cooker, put green onion, ginger, garlic, and aniseed.

Put soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, stew and old soup, and heat the water to submerge the ingredients.
6.
Cover the pot and simmer in the pressure cooker for 20 to 30 minutes.
