Mashed Potato Beef Patties

Heat up the pot over high heat without any oil, add minced beef, stir fry slightly until the beef is discolored. Pour out and drain the oil.

Chop onions, garlic, and green onions (can be saved), add oil, and stir fry over high heat until you can smell the fragrance of onions. Don't have to serve out.

Pour the stir-fried beef mince in the pot.

Add a large amount of spicy soy sauce, a small amount of tomato sauce, a small amount of water, and stir fry.

Finally, sprinkle in a small amount of flour (dry starch) to thicken.

Out of the pot, transfer to the baking tray, add a piece of bay leaf (can be saved).

Cover the lid or seal the baking tray with tin foil and put it in an (electric) oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

Remove the baking tray from the oven, find the bay leaves from the minced beef and discard.

Dice the radish, stir in the minced beef, (you can also add green beans and corn kernels), add a small amount of vegetable essence (if not available, you can substitute mushroom essence), and mix well.

Make mashed potatoes. For the method, please refer to the previous log "Bacon Cheese Mashed Potatoes".

Put the mashed potatoes on top of the minced beef.

Flatten the mashed potatoes with a spoon, and draw simple lines on the mashed potatoes with a fork. Without a lid, put it in the (electric) oven again at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

Put it in the (electric) oven again at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Only after taking it out, the mashed potatoes have a hard surface and can be eaten.
