Mashed Potato Meatballs

The potatoes are peeled and sliced and steamed in a pot.

Prepare the meat filling.

Add chopped green onion and ginger, add salt and pepper and stir well.

The potatoes are pressed into a puree with a spoon.

Add the mashed potatoes to the meat and stir well.
