Mashed Potato Salad

Materials

Wash potatoes and cut into large slices

Put it in a steamer and steam it

Let cool, peeled

Roll into mud with a rolling pin

Salt with proper amount of hydration

Add the mashed potatoes and stir well

Add the salad juice and stir well

Wash coriander and finely chop

Add to the mashed potatoes,

Carrots are shredded and set aside

Put the mashed potatoes in a piping bag, with tines

Squeezed in a pile

Sprinkle with carrot shreds

Put coriander leaves on top

Drizzle with salad dressing
Tips:
If the mashed potatoes are relatively dry, add an appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly. Potatoes are too dry and difficult to squeeze, and the taste is not smooth enough.
Don’t add too much coriander, or you don’t like coriander
