Mashed Potato Salad

Choose potatoes that are smooth and round, and use a small brush to clean them.

Then throw directly into the microwave oven, high heat for 8 minutes, turn over, high heat for 8 minutes, pinch, high heat for 3 minutes.

Then be careful of hot hands, tear off the potato skin while it is hot

Put the peeled potatoes into a larger heat-resistant container

Use a small spoon to mash the potatoes while they are hot

After all, the potatoes are processed in a microwave oven. The potatoes will be drier. Add chicken broth and salt to taste

Soak the blood glutinous rice for half a day in advance

Then remove most of the water and steam it in the pot

Add the steamed blood glutinous rice to the mashed potatoes

Other ingredients-cabbage, carrots, dried cranberries and raisins, chopped walnuts

Then add the cabbage and carrots first

After mixing well, add soft dried cranberries and raisins, add walnuts and mix for a while!
Tips:
I use the blood glutinous rice which I cooked at noon and the rest, if not, I can leave it alone.
