Mashed Potatoes

Peel the potatoes, use a microwave on high heat for seven minutes until they are soft and rotten (the time depends on the power of your own microwave oven and the number of potatoes). Take it out and crush it into a puree with a spoon, and grind it finely.

Grate the carrots with a grater and put them in the microwave on high heat for one minute. Don't rub very long silk, the kind that is broken. If you don’t have the right tools, you can shred it first before shredding.

Put the chopped carrots into the mashed potatoes.

Add salt, black pepper, and two tablespoons of Thousand Island sauce.

Stir well and stir to form a thick paste.

You can eat it as soon as you serve it.
