Mashed Potatoes
1.
Wash the potatoes and steam them in a steamer! The red potatoes are really sandy, and they are a little cracked after being steamed.
2.
Peel potatoes, peel and set aside, diced carrots and ham
3.
Blanch the corn kernels and diced carrots with boiling water
4.
Heat the pan, add oil, add carrots, corn kernels, and sausage kernels, stir fry, add salt, and continue to stir fry a few more times
5.
Add potatoes, stir fry and crush them with a spatula (because the potatoes are very sandy and crush them as soon as they are crushed). After crushing, add whipped cream and pepper and stir-fry evenly.
6.
This mashed potato tastes similar to the Maggi mashed potato bought in the supermarket, but it is more mellow because of the light cream
Tips:
If you buy ordinary potatoes and they are not easy to break, you can put the potatoes in a fresh-keeping bag and crush them.
