Mashed Potatoes Instead of Your Rice

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Wash the potatoes

3. Clean potato diced

4. Put it in the baking tray to steam, select the high temperature steam mode at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes

5. Take out after steaming, peel the potatoes

6. Use a spoon to mash the mashed potatoes

7. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and cucumber, pour the mashed potatoes, add salt, and stir-fry

Tips:

1. Mashed potatoes can also be minced with a mixer
2. Put the potatoes in cold water for 1-2 minutes after steaming, the skin will be super easy to peel
