Mashed Potatoes with Black Pepper

The potatoes are washed, steamed, and peeled.

The fork is crushed.

Add milk, mix well, put in a small bowl and flatten.

Upside down in the plate.

Add butter, oyster sauce, salt, and black pepper to a small pot.

Pour water starch.

Cook on low heat until the sauce thickens.

Top it with the cooked sauce and it's ok!

Simple and delicious mashed potatoes with black pepper. It tastes better when refrigerated in the refrigerator. My secret recipe for summer heat!
Tips:
1. The potato slices have a short steaming time, so you can try it.
2. Add water and starch to make water starch and then add it. Adding starch directly to the pot is easy to get lumps!
