Master Fish

Chop the garlic, and chop the coriander on a deli cutting board.

Wash the oyster mushrooms and cut the tofu into pieces.

After finishing and washing the fish, separate the fish meat from the fish bones, slice the fish meat, and chop the fish bones into pieces. Add starch to the fish and mix well.

When the oil in the pot is hot, saute the garlic and add chopped pepper and bean paste.

Add water after sautéing the aroma.

Bring to a boil, add tofu, oyster mushrooms and fish bones, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Finally add the fish, boil for 5 minutes, add salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper powder to taste.
8.
Put it in a large bowl and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
The fish and tofu can be cooked longer to make them more delicious.
