Matcha Jelly

Prepare the ingredients.

Mix the jelly and sugar well.
3.
Add matcha powder.

Stir well.
5.
Add water and stir well.
6.
Boil the remaining water.

Add the prepared jelly and stir the slurry evenly while pouring into boiling water until the slurry is heated to boiling again.
8.
Pour it into an ice tray and let it cool to form a paste.
Tips:
1. When pour the paste jelly into the boiling water, remember to stir the slurry evenly while pouring to prevent it from sticking to the pot.
2. Stir clockwise when stirring. The jelly will be more delicate in taste. Don't stir it indiscriminately.
