Matcha Radish

Ingredients: white radish seasoning: salt, matcha, fruit jelly.

Wash the white radish and cut into thick strips. Put it in a basin, add an appropriate amount of salt to marinate for 10 minutes to remove the moisture. Rinse it with clean water to remove the spiciness.

After drying the radish sticks, add 5g of matcha powder.

Add the right amount of Guozhen.

After mixing it evenly, marinate for 10 minutes to make it taste delicious.

Put the pickled radish sticks on the plate. Pour in the sauce of the pickled matcha fruit jelly.
Tips:
1. Don't use too much matcha, as long as it can be colored.
2. The amount of Guozhen can be more, and some sugar can be added to assist the seasoning.
