Matcha Sesame Mochi. Olive Oil Version

Prepare the ingredients.

Beat the eggs and mix well.

Add yogurt, olive oil, and salt.

Stir well.

Add mochi powder and matcha powder.

Mix into a dough with a spatula, take it out, and add sesame seeds. (Will be a bit sticky)

Knead into a dough and knead evenly without excessive kneading.
8.
Divide the dough into 12 equal parts. (You can divide it into several equal parts)
9.
Put it in the middle of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. (A little distance apart, it will swell a lot when cooked)
10.
After roasting, take out and eat.
Tips:
The homemade yogurt I use is slightly thinner than the commercially available yogurt.
The dough will be a little sticky and can be kneaded with gloves.
When baking, put a baking tray on the bottom to avoid over-coloring on the bottom.
