Matsutake Chicken Soup

Blanch three yellow chickens to remove fishy.

Soak the matsutake and wash it off.
3.
Put green onions, ginger, and star anise in the Jiuyang iron kettle.

Add three yellow chicken and matsutake.
5.
Add appropriate amount of water.
6.
Start the rice cooker soup function, the program defaults to one and a half hours.

Wild matsutake has many impurities, so it must be thoroughly cleaned after soaking.
