Matsutake Chicken Soup

Materials are ready. Slice ginger and cut green onion into sections. Wash the three yellow chicken and chop into large pieces.

Bring water to a boil in a pot.

Pour the chicken nuggets.

After blanching the blood, pick it up.

Add water to the earthen casserole, put the chicken nuggets with enough water in the casserole, add sliced ginger and green onion.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to a simmer and simmer for about 1 hour, then add dried matsutake slices and a few goji berries.

Continue to simmer for about 20 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Tips:
The natural oil of a good hen is thicker. It is recommended to remove the large pieces of chicken fat and thicker chicken skin before stewing. The stewed soup will be much refreshing.
