I bought dried matsutake mushrooms online and have been using it to stew the soup. I went home at noon today, and there happened to be leftover white rice. I wanted to use it for a stir-fry!

Matsutake Colorful Fried Rice

1. The dried matsutake is soaked in advance. The dried matsutake I bought is relatively shredded. You must wash it several times when you wash it. After washing it, the soaked water can be left to cook the soup.

2. Cut the soaked matsutake into small cubes

3. Wash the leek moss and cut into pellets

4. Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces

5. Start the frying pan and fry the matsutake, leek moss and carrots

6. Season with a little salt, stir well and serve

7. 2 eggs with some cooking wine and salt, beat well

8. Separate the frying pan and put in the egg liquid

9. Fried into small pieces

10. Add the remaining rice

11. After the rice is fried, add some salt and stir well

12. Add the fried matsutake, leek moss, carrots

13. After stirring evenly, add some chicken powder and stir well.

Tips:

The dried matsutake I bought is relatively shredded, so you must wash it several times when you wash it. After washing it, the soaked water can be left to cook the soup.
