Matsutake Fried Egg Dumplings | Beef Wa Matsutake Recipe

Put the freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms in clean water to wake up for 30 seconds, and set aside.

Dice carrots, add minced pork, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt, mix well and marinate dumpling fillings, set aside.

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Add the stuffing to the dumpling wrapper, put a slice of awake (beef wa) freeze-dried matsutake mushrooms, and start making dumplings.

Add oil in a cold pan. When the oil is warm, place the dumplings on top, fry until the bottom of the dumplings are golden brown, and pour in some boiling water.

When the juice in the pot is dry, pour in the egg liquid, and enjoy it after cooking.
Tips:
1. Minced pork can be filled with three fats and seven lean pork for better taste.
2. The water from waking up the matsutake should not be discarded, and it can be used for decoction of dumplings.
