Matsutake Wonton

Prepare ingredients.

The pork is minced with a meat grinder.

The scallion ginger is made into scallion ginger juice with a squeezer cup and water.

Use the back of a knife to squeeze the shrimps into a muddy line.

Put the pork stuffing and shrimp in a basin, add salt and black pepper, pour in the green onion and ginger water in portions, stir in one direction until it becomes viscous and sticky, and finally add olive oil and stir evenly.
