Meat and Bun

The meat is cut into pieces, and there are more lean meats. The ingredients are usually used as stewed meats. If they are cooked, they will taste better. The main thing is that the meat is not weak! I won't talk about them all here!

Knead the noodles in advance, wait for fermentation, put a few drops of oil on the noodles, don't touch your hands, divide them into equal parts, squeeze a few drops of oil seals, and then round them!

Heat the pan with a little bit of oil, put the kneaded dough in place, and flatten it with a cup of water (you can also use your fingers to flatten) and turn it over after pressing it all over, and then press it slightly (think thick) and turn it over three times. When it is cooked, cut a small cut on the side with a shovel and have a look, you can be sure it is cooked!

If the color changes a little, put a little more oil, don’t leave it for too long, (skin is hard). Cooked puffy!

Remove the meat and chop finely, wash and chop the coriander and hot pepper! Stir evenly (here we divided into two pots, the kid’s didn’t put hot peppers)

Cut the bun with a knife and pull it with a small spoon!
Tips:
At first glance, it feels very cumbersome, and methodical is quite simple! I made twenty of them, which are bigger than the ones sold! Just halve the amount for less people!
