[meat Dishes] Pan-fried Chicken Thigh
1.
Chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic and set aside.
2.
Wash the drumsticks after thawing.
3.
Cut the chicken thigh to remove the bones. (Be careful not to cut your hands, don’t throw away the bones, you can use it for soup)
4.
After the chicken leg is deboned, cut a few crosswise on the inner layer, don't cut it off! (Easy to taste, easy to cook)
5.
Put the chicken thighs in a clean bowl, add green onions, ginger, garlic, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of salt, white pepper, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Stir and marinate for about 1 hour. (Remember that the longer the marinade, the more delicious it will be)
6.
This is what I marinated all night!
