Meat Floss Bun

Ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, homemade pork floss.

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt, add water to stir the flour into a flocculent shape.

Mix the flour into a smooth dough.

Boil the water in the steamer, turn off the heat, put the dough on the steamer, cover the pot, and ferment.

After 30 minutes, the dough will rise to twice its size.

Mix the fermented dough again.

Divide the dough into small pieces.

The rolling pin rolls the small dough into a round shape.

Do stuffing with pork floss.

Close the dough and wrap the pork floss.

Put the steamed buns on the steamer for secondary fermentation. After 15 minutes, steam them on high heat for 15 minutes.
