Meat Ravioli

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Add a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, and cooking wine to marinate the mashed meat to make the mashed meat full of flavor

3. Chopped green onion and ginger

4. Put it in a larger container and mix well

5. Take a wonton wrapper (wonton wrapper is bought in the supermarket) and put some meat filling

6. Roll up from top to bottom to about 2/3, pinch the two sides together

7. Wrap all the wontons one by one

8. Wontons under the water

9. Stir while cooking to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan. Cook for about 7-8 minutes.

10. Wash coriander and cut into sections, pour in sesame oil, light soy sauce, and pepper

11. Put the cooked wontons and soup into a bowl and start eating

Tips:

Wonton wrappers can also be made with noodles by yourself, but this is a technical job. The wrappers should be rolled as thin as possible. Because of my poor skills, I had to buy ready-made ones.
