Meat Ravioli

Prepare ingredients

Add a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, and cooking wine to marinate the mashed meat to make the mashed meat full of flavor

Put it in a larger container and mix well

Take a wonton wrapper (wonton wrapper is bought in the supermarket) and put some meat filling

Roll up from top to bottom to about 2/3, pinch the two sides together

Stir while cooking to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan. Cook for about 7-8 minutes.

Tips:
Wonton wrappers can also be made with noodles by yourself, but this is a technical job. The wrappers should be rolled as thin as possible. Because of my poor skills, I had to buy ready-made ones.
