Meat Wonton Soup

The mince was bought directly from the supermarket. In order to save time, I didn't buy the meat back to beat the mince.

Chop scallion and ginger for later use

Put soy sauce, chicken essence, salt, egg 1 pepper powder, minced ginger and green onion, oyster sauce, sesame oil and mix well in the meat filling. It's delicious if you beat it hard.

When buying a wonton leather bag, apply a little water on both sides to stick it. When wrapping, stick the corners together to form a triangle, and then stick the two sides upside down.

After the water boils, pour in hot water, and then start cooking wontons. Put the wontons in a bowl after they are cooked!
Tips:
It's delicious, you don't need to worry about it. When making the stuffing, beat it clockwise, and it will make it into rong. Put half of the sea cucumber in the refrigerator and cook it together~
