Meatball Soup Noodles

Wash the cabbage, drain the water, and cut it well.

Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut them well.

Soak the fungus and tear the small flowers.

Cook corn kernels and black beans, set aside.

The balls are reserved.

Finely chop garlic.

Finely chop chives.

Stir the corn batter and set aside.

Heat a pot with a little oil, pour in garlic and saute, then pour in cabbage, carrots, meatballs, fungus and appropriate amount of water, add a little salt and dark soy sauce to season, medium and low heat until cooked, turn off the heat.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add corn kernels and black beans. After the water boils, add an appropriate amount of fine dried noodles and turn to medium heat until cooked.

Pour into the vegetable pot, then pour the corn batter, stir evenly, cook, turn off the heat.

Sprinkle with chives.
