Meatball Tofu Soup

Mix the chopped meat with salt and meat tenderizer evenly

Squeeze minced meat into meatballs for later use
3.
Boil a pot of water, put the meatballs in when the water is bubbling, and simmer on medium-to-small heat.

Add the soft tofu and cook for three or four minutes
5.
Season with salt and chicken essence
6.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion
7.
When the meatballs are put in the pot, the fire should not be high, otherwise the meatballs will easily fall apart
