Meatballs and Vegetable Soup

Wring the pork with a cooking machine in advance

Put it in a small bowl, add cornstarch, half a spoon of salt and cooking wine

Tips:
1. When making minced meat: you can add cornstarch or egg white, as you like
2. When stirring meat filling: it must be stirred in one direction, the meat filling will be tender and smooth
