Meatloaf Edamame

Wash the hind leg meat, cut into small pieces, and chop into minced meat.

Put the chopped green onions, chopped ginger, salt, cooking wine, and chicken essence into the minced meat and stir well.

Prepare the required main ingredients.

Fry the meatloaf in high oil temperature.

Fry on one side until golden and replace it on the other side. After all is fried, put in a bowl and set aside.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, soft sugar.

Put in a proper amount of water, cover the pot, boil on high heat, turn on medium heat, and wait until the soup is almost dry.
Tips:
The soup can't be dried completely, so turn off the heat when it is about to get dried. Such edamame is more delicious.
