Meatloaf with Corn and Tomato Sauce

Add scallions, ginger, salt, light soy sauce, and cooking wine to the meat filling, stir evenly to the best, and then make the meatballs of the right size.

Prepare the sweet corn kernels, add tomato sauce, sugar, white vinegar, starch and appropriate amount of water to a bowl and blend into a sauce

Coat the meatballs with starch evenly, and then cover them with egg liquid

Coat a layer of dry starch, add vegetable oil to the frying pan, heat it, sink into the powdered meatballs, flatten them into a cake with a spatula
