Meaty Potato Flour

Material picture, this meat filling is well mixed and tasted. My usual method of filling is to first add chopped green onion and ginger, liquid seasoning and salt, then add oyster sauce and sugar, then add egg white, and finally grab starch, some filling (You can omit starch or egg white)

Soak the potato flour in advance.

Remove the ribs and chop the beans.

Pour the oil in the pan and pour the peanuts in the cold oil. After the oil is hot, the peanuts can be out of the pan. This is the usual method of frying peanuts and is very useful.

Fry the chopped green onion and ginger with the bottom oil in the pan.

Stir fry with minced meat.

Add chopped vegetables and stir fry.

Add starch water, and perform a second seasoning.

After the simmered seeds are fried, add some red pepper or garlic sprouts to make them look good and add fragrance.

, Boil potato flour in another pot, soak the potato flour, boil until it is transparent, then it can be served.

Pour the fried meat on the peanuts and start eating. Peanuts can be mashed or large-sized according to your preference.
Tips:
1. Potato flour should be cooked properly, not raw or too rotten.
