Medicated Donkey Hot Pot
1.
Donkey meat cut into large pieces
2.
Codonopsis, Polygonatum
3.
All kinds of meatballs, fresh shrimp, dumplings, fresh figs, horseshoes, red dates
4.
Watercress, spinach, coriander
5.
Vermicelli, yam, corn
6.
The donkey meat is boiled out of the blood in boiling water and picked up
7.
Heat the pan with oil, sauté ginger slices, and stir-fry the donkey meat that has been watered
8.
Take another soup pot and add appropriate amount of water and Shi Yunsheng's original juice to the soup pot.
9.
Put Dangshen and Polygonatum odoratum in the soup, and cook for about 2 hours on medium heat
10.
Boil the donkey meat until soft and cooked
11.
Take a hot pot pot, pour in the cooked donkey meat and soup, turn on the fire, then add the fresh figs, horseshoes, and red dates in the soup base for about 10 minutes
12.
Now you can start, put in your favorite ingredients and rinse
Tips:
There is no salt in the soup base. Because Shi Yunsheng’s original juice contains salt in the soup, the hot pot soup will be less eaten (the soup has more water, you can add or add the original juice to the soup at any time). I am afraid that it will be too salty and cook. Good ingredients can be dipped in personal favorite sauces, I use fermented bean curd, seafood soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili oil.
