Medicinal Black Chicken Soup

Prepare the main ingredients.

Add enough water to the pot, add black-bone chicken, add 3 slices of ginger and cooking wine.

Bring to a boil and blanch for 2-3 minutes.

Add goji berries and continue to simmer for 30 minutes.

Tips:
1. The stewing time is related to the age and tenderness of the black-bone chicken, so you need to be flexible.
2. Try to add enough water at one time. If there is too little water in the middle, please add boiled water.
