Medicinal Black Chicken Soup

Because the medicinal materials are prepared by the pharmacy, the specific grams are not clear. It is estimated that each sample is about 3 to 5 grams. The red dates are very small, with 10 pieces;

Wash black-bone chicken and chop large pieces;

Black-bone chicken is blanched for later use. I have to blanch fresh poultry, just like I must blanch the dishes with boiling water before eating out. This is a personal habit;

Wash all the medicinal materials to remove the floating soil, and slice the ginger for later use;

Wash Cordyceps flowers with warm water to soften them;

Chinese wolfberry is also soaked in warm water;

Transfer the blanched black-bone chicken to the casserole;

Add cordyceps flowers and ginger slices;

Put in other medicinal materials, boil on high heat and turn to the minimum heat for two hours;

Finally, add the wolfberry and cook for 5 minutes to turn off the heat;

Add salt to taste before drinking;

Tips:
1. Putting some ginger in the soup can dehumidify, remove fishy, and increase freshness;
2. Black-bone chicken flying water is mainly sanitation and deodorization for me. This time, we did not put in cooking wine and other deodorization. The main reason is to put a variety of medicinal materials to completely cover the smell of the chicken itself.
