1.
Slowly add water to the flour, stir it with chopsticks, and finally knead it into a dough
2.
Then cover with a damp cloth and wake up for 40 minutes
3.
Pick the shallots and wash them, wash the ginger and set aside

Minced ginger
5.
Minced shallots
6.
Take a little green onion and all the minced ginger into the meat
7.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken powder, salt and stir well
8.
After the dough wakes up, put it on the chopping board and roll it into a large dough
9.
Spread the meat evenly on the dough
10.
Sprinkle a thick layer of remaining chopped green onions on top of the meat filling
11.
Cut two knives on both ends of the dough, then start from the bottom and fold the two sides to the middle, then turn it up and so on.
12.
Finally, wrap the meat fillings to form a square pie, and just press it with your hands (the skin is too thin, don’t roll it, otherwise it will break easily)
13.
After the electric baking pan is preheated, use a silicone brush to brush a little bit of oil
14.
Then carefully put the pie on the bottom plate, and apply a little oil on the surface with a brush
15.
Cover the lid and choose the scallion pancake stall on medium heat and start making (I'm afraid it's too thick and not cooked, so I used the fried egg stall again, so it took seven minutes for each)
16.
When the time is up, open the lid and take out the pie in time (it will harden if it is not taken out in time and placed inside)
17.
Put it on the chopping board and cut into four pieces to eat
Tips:
I usually use standard flour for pancakes. The cakes made from this kind of flour will be very soft and not so strong.
