There is also a stewed melon. Originally I wanted to say that it was fried directly. My husband said that he wanted to eat meat, so he researched and worked out such a dish.

Melon Minced Meat

1. Chopped red pepper

2. Peel and slice small melon

3. Then add it to hot water and cook

4. 150g minced pork

5. Add cooking wine light soy sauce and starch, marinate for half an hour

6. Heat oil in a pan, pour the pork and stir-fry well

7. Stir-fry the minced pork and add half a spoon of oil to stir-fry well

8. Stir-fry until the minced meat is cooked and add the red pepper

9. Add chives and stir well

10. Add salt and some water and stir fry

11. Add the light soy sauce in a spoon and simmer for 5 minutes

12. Finally add some chicken essence and stir well

13. Put the cooked melon on the plate

14. Then put the fried minced meat on a plate and mix well when you eat it.

Tips:

If you don’t like spicy fried minced pork, you don’t need to add spicy
