Men's Snack-spicy Dried Fish

1. Dry fish and drain, slice ginger, halve garlic, wash and cut parsley, chopped green onion, millet pepper, and set aside.

2. Bring more oil to a boil.

3. Fry the dried fish until golden.

4. Pick up the drain to remove the excess oil.

5. Put the ginger, garlic, and millet pepper diced in a hot oil in a pan until fragrant.

6. Pour the fried dried fish back into the pot and stir fry.

7. Pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt and stir fry evenly.
